Today we celebrated the 77th independence day at METRO in a grand manner. The programme began with a prayer. Our respected principal mam welcomed the gathering.The national flag was hoisted by our Chief guest Rtn. D. Srinivasan sir, rotary President followed by harmonious march past by our NCC, scout &guide and school band. Metro school's 12th, 11th and 10th board exam toppers were awarded. Later our diligent teachers were awarded for their achievements. Our students rocked on  the stage with a beautiful dance performance. Our staff secretary proposed the vote of thanks. Finally the programme ended with national anthem.
